"Arnold was a pleasure to have on the team – he's not only a stellar product designer but also a strategic thinker and a fantastic mentor. His ability to juggle multiple roles while maintaining a clear vision for our projects was truly impressive.

Plus, his adaptability and, let's not forget, his knack for knowing just the right drink, make him a standout professional to work with."

What is service design?

Service design improves the experiences of both the user and employee by designing, aligning, and optimizing an organization’s operations to better support customer journeys.

Service design applies to both the digital and analog worlds. This means it can be applied to a company that has a web/mobile app and a company that produces toilet paper.

A service can also be in the hospitality world, where it's usually the last thing a manager thinks of. People remember very vividly only the high points and they can be either positive or negative. Everything else that falls in the middle is forgotten. So companies need to strive for excellence.
